Chevelle Hallback defeats Melissa Vasquez
Chevelle "Fist of Steel" Hallback is back!
This girl's been boxing since 1998 with a record of 27-5-2. She's also the starring running back and linebacker for pro female football league Tampa Bay Force. Add some BJJ and wrestling to the mix and you've got an all-out brawler!
Hallback defeated Melissa Vasquez via TKO in 41 seconds, round 1, at XFC. Check out her training video and keep an eye out for this star!

party's over
I am a school teacher and get summers off. I know you are jealous but trust me, I worked more in my ten months of school than most people work all year round. Anyway, after 10 glorious weeks of summer my pre-service starts tomorrow.
I was getting a bit stressed out about juggling my training and workouts with school, and of course my writing, my friends, my boyfriend and numerous other responsibilities (I will be teaching at the gym 2-3 times a week and a kid's class elsewhere Sunday mornings)... So I reread this article for inspiration.
I don't necessarily agree with the supplement recommendations etc. but Jen Heath's schedule gave me hope.
